<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a one-to-one relationship when communication is established even in an environment wherein there are a plurality of communication devices, and to make simple operations that a user performs at least until the communication is established. <P>SOLUTION: A communication partner device where a button operation is performed is detected within a predetermined time after a button operation is done on a local device.
