<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device which is free of deterioration in shock resistance, reflection, and blurring. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device includes: a back light unit; a polarizer on the side of the back light unit; and a liquid crystal panel held between two glass substrates and internally having an electrode, a liquid crystal layer, an alignment layer, and a color filter. The liquid crystal display device has a transparent protection plate on the side of the liquid crystal panel which does not face the back light unit, has a medium layer of a transparent organic substance between the protection plate and liquid crystal panel, and also has an antiglare layer on the side of the protection plate which does not face the medium layer of the organic substance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
