PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink-key opening degree preset value acquisition device or the like which is reflected with an operation characteristic or the like of each ink key, and can acquire a preset value of an ink-key opening degree.

SOLUTION: An ink-key opening degree set value is specified on the basis of a symbol pattern area ratio at each ink key, and an ink-key opening degree preset value is acquired by correcting the data. Furthermore, the corrected data are properly updated on the basis of a differential value between the ink-key opening degree set value which is specified on the basis of the ink-key opening characteristic data reflected with the operation characteristic or the like of the ink key and an OK ink-key opening degree set value at the time when prescribed printing quality is obtained.
