A rubber banding bundle is provided to be used conveniently and not to be taken out using both hands with paying attention because the abreast arranged and fixed rubber banding is not scattered and is pulled with one hand. A rubber banding bundle is made by making a rubber banding arranged side by side to a long bar with bundle using an adhesive tape. The rubber banding bundle is adhered and kept in a paper bin(1). The rubber banding bundle contains the paper bin used by throwing a package into confusion when using the rubber banding bundle and a stationary stand(2) sticking the paper bin.
