PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable snow melting underground water tank using thermal energy in a non-sprinkling snow melting system for saving energy, and to provide its embedding method. SOLUTION: The snow melting underground water tank comprises partition plates and cold water gates.
