PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize effective utilization of a snow mountain for a long period, and thereby obtain an excellent energy-saving effect for a long period.SOLUTION: A threshold storage unit 51 stores a threshold on outside air temperature which is a threshold for determining operation changeover of a snow ice cooler, a refrigeration type cooler and an outside air utilization type cooler, in advance. A design value storage unit 52 stores a design value of a snow ice residual amount between respective periods, in advance. A determination unit 53 determines whether to operated any one of the snow ice cooler, the refrigeration type cooler and the outside air utilization type cooler, on the basis of an outside temperature measurement value, the measured snow ice residual amount, the threshold and the design value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
