<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food heater capable of automatically heating a food to be heated such as hamburger putty, and improving the production efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The food heater 10 comprises a fixed hot plate 12 on which the food 11 to be heated is mounted and a movable hot plate 13 disposed in such away as movable in the vertical direction for heating the food 11 to be heated between the fixed hot plate 12 and the movable hot plate 13. The movable hot plate 13 is moved in the vertical direction by a driving mechanism 14. The driving mechanism 14 is controlled by a control part 19 to compress and heat the food 11 to be heated by the fixed hot plate 12 and the movable hot plate 13, and to lift the movable hot plate upward thereafter to wait separately from the food 11 to be heated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
