PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color material dispersion liquid with which a photosensitive coloring resin composition can be manufactured having excellent color material dispersion stability, suppressing the generation of a development residue, and having excellent development adhesion and solvent resolubility.SOLUTION: There is provided a color material dispersion liquid containing a color material, dispersant, and solvent, where the dispersant is at least one of a block copolymer (P1) containing at least one of (i) a constitutional unit derived from a hydroxyl group-containing monomer and a constitutional unit derived from an aromatic group-containing monomer and (ii) a constitutional unit derived from a hydroxyl group and an aromatic group-containing monomer, and a salt-block copolymer (P2) in which at least a part of a nitrogen portion of a terminal included in the constitutional unit of the block copolymer (P1) has formed a salt; the dispersant has an amine value of 35 to 110 mgKOH/g and a glass transition temperature of 30°C or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: None
