PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping method that enables maintenance to be performed with ease, and a pipe joint for use in the same.SOLUTION: In a piping method of the present invention, a water supply pipe 11 is pulled in from a first floor of an apartment house 90 to an underfloor section 91A of a dwelling unit 91 on a second floor and sequentially goes through positions below a plurality of faucet metal fittings 60 in the underfloor section 91A, and a part arranged below the faucet metal fittings 60 is pulled up onto a floor, folded back and returned to the underfloor section 91A again. The folded part on the floor branches off at a pipe joint 20 to connect the faucet metal fittings 60. |
