PURPOSE: A photoelectric conversion device and an electronic device are provided to stably detect light with regard to near infrared rays by including a photo sensor with a photo diode to reduce a leak current. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode is electrically connected to a circuit unit. A second electrode(22) faces the first electrode and has transmittance. A photoelectric conversion unit(26) is arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode and includes a light absorbing layer(23), an amorphous oxide semiconductor layer(24) and a window layer(25). The light absorbing layer includes a chalcopyrite p type chemical semiconductor film. |
