PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet dryer capable of drying the human privates after washing in a time shorter than a conventionally required time. SOLUTION: The first toilet dryer 20 washes the privates 81 of a human body 80 with water, and then dries the privates 81. The first toilet dryer 20 includes a first air jet means 21, and a first moving means 25. Air jetted from the first air jet means 21 forms an air curtain 30, which encircles the periphery of the privates 81 washed with water.
