PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure in which no stress is caused on a nail after a board is fitted on the nail. SOLUTION: In the fixing structure, a case has nails 7 which are disposed on corners formed of the bottom face and the side faces of the case to function as locking portions. The board has at least a pair of cutouts which cowork with the nail 7 to function as a locked portion that fixes the case and the board. The nail 7 has a pair of return-preventing ribs 23a and 23b located to be approximately engaged with the paired cutouts, and a board fixing nail portion 24 which when the nail 7 is inserted in the paired cutouts, comes in contact with an end of the board to push the return-preventing ribs 23a and 23b widthwise to make them ready for engagement with the paired cutouts, and when the nail 7 is pulled out of the paired cutouts, does not come in contact with the end of the board to narrow a gap between the return-preventing ribs 23a and 23b and comes in contact with an end face other than the paired cutouts to help the nail 7 deforming into a shape incapable of engaging with the paired cutouts.
