PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoke detector and sensor equipped with a loud speaker for improving smoke detecting and sensing precision by extremely reducing a section whose smoke concentration is low as much as possible. SOLUTION: A speaker which announces a fire is installed adjacently to a smoke detecting and sensing chamber 4, and the smoke detecting and sensing chamber 4 is composed by arranging a labyrinth barrier 16 so that a light emitting part 11 and a light receiving part 12 can be surrounded in an optical base 10 in which the light receiving part 11 and the light receiving part 12 are internally mounted. A raised bottom 20 is formed in a section interposed between the light emitting part 11 and the light receiving part 12 excluding a smoke detecting and sensing area 13 in the optical base 10, and a closed space to which any smoke does not flow in is composed of the raised bottom, and the labyrinth barrier 16 is formed from the raised bottom to the upper edge of the smoke detecting and sensing chamber 4, and the other section including the smoke sensing area 13 is structured by forming the labyrinth barrier 16 from the bottom face to the upper edge of the smoke detecting and sensing chamber 4.
