PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual abdomen massage/acupressure device allowing a user to do by himself/herself and progress the health management in even the slightest terms. SOLUTION: It becomes very convenient now, that a machine can do a massage and acupressure from the tips of the feet to the head without bothering the hands of another person. However, the abdomen alone out of the human body, must be manually massaged and pressed. When getting tired or being tensed, some persons become nervous and feel bad. When rolling or pushing the abdomen with the abdomen acupressure device while adjusting its force by own hand, the person feels better and the blood circulation is also improved.
