<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small liquid jet head in which a nozzle required to be replaced is replaceable, and also to provide a liquid jet apparatus equipped with the same and a method of replacing a nozzle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A thermal expansion coefficient is different between a first nozzle plate 20A and a second nozzle plate 20B, so that a force is imparted to a mounting frame 201 through an adhesive 16 when the first nozzle plate 20A is heated or cooled. At this time, peeling of the adhesive 16 takes place, allowing the first nozzle plate 20A to be removed from the mounting frame 201 of the second nozzle plate 20B. Consequently, it is not necessary to attach a mechanism for replacing a nozzle opening 21 to an inkjet type recording head and an inkjet type recorder, and therefore a small inkjet type recording head 1 and inkjet type recorder can be obtained in which the nozzle opening 21 can be replaced through the replacement of a part of a nozzle plate 20.
