Disclosed are a method and a system for transmitting information and power in an interference channel. According to the present invention, the method for transmitting information and power in an interference channel includes the steps of: assigning any weightings to a transmission rate and harvest power in order to transmit information and power at the same time; obtaining a transmission matrix of an information transmitter and a transmission matrix of a power transmitter according to the assigned weightings; and finding a value in which the sum of the weightings converges the maximum by repetitively obtaining the transmission matrix of the information transmitter and the transmission matrix of the power transmitter which affect mutual interference.
