Projectile guiding system

The system has a guiding controller (3) including a navigation unit (8) i.e. global positioning system, for determining attitude and position of a projectile during ballistic flight phase. The guiding controller includes an estimation unit i.e. Kalman filter (7), for estimating the attitude and aerodynamic speed of the projectile during the flight phase and variations of wind speed from guiding orders, a reference trajectory and measurements obtained by a physical parameter measuring unit using a dynamic behavior model of the projectile and a wind dynamic model.
