Shutter glasses (200, 500, 800, 910, 1210) include a frame (210, 510, 810), two lenses (220_1, 220_2, 520_1, 520_2) disposed on the frame (210, 510, 810) and a control chip (240, 540, 840). The control chip (240, 540, 840) is utilized for selecting one of a plurality of operation modes to set the glasses (200, 500, 800, 910, 1210) according to a type of a display apparatus (930, 1230), wherein the operation modes are respectively corresponding to a plurality of type of the display apparatuses (930, 1230). In addition, a method for controlling shutter glasses (200, 500, 800, 910, 1210) and a transmitter (900, 1204) thereof are further provided. |
