TRAFFIC OFFLOADING WHEN MULTIPLE CARRIERS ARE USED

A is disclosed for defining offloading criteria in a communications system. The method comprises maintaining, in a network apparatus, a first criteria for offloading a user terminal from a mobile network to a local network. A second criteria is defined for refraining from offloading the user terminal from the mobile network to the local network, wherein the offloading of the user terminal from the mobile network to the local network is disabled, if the second criteria is fulfilled and if the user terminal is able to receive and/or transmit data using multiple carriers by using carrier aggregation.
