PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent-translucent oily gel cleansing cream causing no oil-remaining feeling, leaving no rustling and excellent in use feeling when coated on the skin a cleansing agent containing much oily components and washed in water. SOLUTION: The oily gel cleansing cream comprises (1) one or more multi-chain multi-hydrophilic group compound having two or more long chain hydrophobic groups and two or more hydrophilic groups in a molecule, (2) one or more polyhydroxy compound having two or more hydroxy groups in a molecule, (3) one or more oily components and (4) a nonionic surfactant having 2-14 HLB (hydrophile-lipophile balance).
