PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appearance by improving cleanability against a stain or the like while imparting glare-proofness to a top plate for a cooker without degrading the strength and heat resistance of the top plate for the cooker. SOLUTION: In the top plate for the cooker formed using crystallized glass as a base material, an oxide coat is formed on the surface of crystallized glass, and the surface roughness (Ra) of the oxide coat is set 0.1-20μm.
