<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device having high performance and reliability. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device comprises a first TFT including a first channel forming area 713, a first source area and a first drain area, a gate insulation film, and a first gate electrode; a second TFT including a second channel forming area 714, a second source area and a second drain area, a gate insulation film, and a second gate electrode; a first insulation film 664 provided on the first TFT and the second TFT; a source wiring 668 connected to one of the first source area and the first drain area; a first drain wiring connected to the other of the first source area and the first drain area, and connected to the second gate electrode; a second drain wiring 672 provided on the first insulation film, and connected to one of the second source area and the second drain area; and a current supply line provided on the first insulation film and connected to the other of the second source area and the second drain area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
