<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-self-standing type flexible packaging bag comprising a film-shaped non-return pouring nozzle which is excellent not only in a self-seal non-return function characteristic and lubricant starvation, and to provide a liquid substance-filling/packaging structure capable of holding the non-self-standing type flexible packaging bag in a usable state as it is. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the flexible packaging bag having the film-shaped non-return pouring nozzle protruding from any of the position of the side, the corner or the top of a packaging bag body, which has a non-return function when the liquid substance is interposed between superposed plastic films, the film-shaped non-return pouring nozzle is provided, on the outer surface, with a coated layer of a water-repelling substance or an oil-repelling substance and, on the inner face of a pouring passage, with a wet-treated layer.
