PURPOSE: An information system with a CO2 emission label including a data record tag is provided to use the CO2 emission label as various marketing methods. CONSTITUTION: An information recorder is placed at a price tag and one side of a publicity unit. A wired/wireless digital device deciphers data recorded in an information recorder of a low carbon label(100) and transmits the deciphered data. The information providing server mounts a low carbon event management program.
