PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitter with improved operability about an input of authentication information to be used to transmit data to another device, the control method thereof, and a program.SOLUTION: An image processor 100 transmits data to a server according to address information for transmitting data to the server, information showing a file format of the data to be transmitted, and setting information including at least authentication information with which the server authenticates a user, registers the address information and the information showing the file format of the data to be transmitted in the setting information according to a registration instruction from the user, and sets address information of the server included in the registered setting information, the information showing the file format of the data to be transmitted, and the authentication information inputted by the user when the user logs in the image processor 100 as setting information for executing transmission processing according to a call instruction from the user to access the registered setting information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
