PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly fix a reinforcing bar to the surface of existing concrete. SOLUTION: An anchor body 12 is inserted into a fitting hole 5, a nut member 13 is screwed to its head section, and an expansion member 17 is expanded to fix the anchor body 12. A spacer 22 is provided between a reinforcing bar (lattice reinforcing bar 1) and a fitting face, a washer 14 is provided between the reinforcing bar 1 and the nut member 13, the reinforcing bar 1 is floated from the fitting face by the spacer 22, and the reinforcing bar 1 is held by the washer 14 and fixed. The nut member 13 has a sleeve section 19 reinforcing the anchor body 12 and abutting on the reinforcing bar 1 to restrain its position. The washer 14 has a curved loose hole 21. A taper section 20 is formed at the tip section of a sleeve section 19. The outer contour of the washer 14 is formed into an oval shape. The spacer 22 can be fitted to the anchor body 12. A gauge 25 displaying the position of the surface of increased concrete 26 can be screwed to the head section of the nut member 13.
