By applying the method presented here, a selected set of neurons of a subject's brain will be conditioned in such a manner, that later, interfaced with the same type of conditioned set of neurons of an another subject's brain, will allow understandable information exchange between the two subjects' brains. A subject may utilize this interface to exchange information with other subjects or devices, such as (but not limited to) computers. Same method may even be used to exchange information with animals, or between animals.
