<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when future congestion states are provided to many users, many users may behave in the same way by referring to the congestion states, and that predicted congestion states and actual congestion states are contradictory to each other, and that the precision of the prediction of the congestion states is deteriorated. <P>SOLUTION: In a congestion states guiding device, future congestion states are predicted in real time according to not only the past congestion states but also the number of users who are going to use a facility, that is, the number of users who care about in the congestion states of the facility, so that it is possible to further increase the predicting precision of the congestion states. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
