PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine which can expedite the discharge of oil while suppressing the enlargement of a separator.SOLUTION: This engine 100 (internal combustion engine) comprises: an engine main body 10; a liquid processing part 60 which collects liquid oil and oil mist in a blow-by gas; a mist processing part 70 which collects the liquid oil and the oil mist which are not collected in the liquid processing part 60; a gas passage 51 which is arranged so as to make the liquid processing part 60 and the mist processing part 70 communicate with each other, and in which the blow-by gas is sucked into the mist processing part 70 from the liquid processing part 60; and a drain passage 52 which is arranged so as to make the liquid processing part 60 and the mist processing part 70 communicate with each other, and in which oil which is liquefied after the small-particulate diameter oil mist is collected in the mist processing part 70 is discharged into the liquid processing part 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
