PURPOSE: An improved printing plate cleaning device and a method thereof, and a pattern printing device with the same are provided to integrate a used liquid suctioning member with frontal and rear sides of a main body, thereby simultaneously perform cleaning, air pressurizing, and used liquid suctioning. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning liquid supply member(716) is connected to a main body. The cleaning liquid supply member supplies cleaning liquid. An air supply member(726) is connected to the main body. The air supply member supplies air. An air suctioning member(706) is connected to the first and second used liquid suctioning members respectively. An operating member(714) vertically or horizontally moves the main body and the first and second used liquid suctioning members.
