PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin tacky-adhesive sheet which can prevent air bubbles from being left behind at the interface between the tacky-adhesive sheet and an adherend and which has excellent adhesive strength.SOLUTION: The tacky-adhesive sheet has a tacky adhesive layer on at least one surface side of a supporting body (A) and 20 μm or smaller total thickness. The tacky adhesive layer has 0.1-1.0 μm center line average surface roughness. The 180° peel adhesive strength is 3 N/20 mm or higher after 5 minutes have passed since the tacky-adhesive sheet is placed so that the tacky adhesive layer is contacted with the surface of a stainless steel plate and the tacky-adhesive sheet is press-fixed to the surface of the stainless steel plate. The 180° peel adhesive strength is 4 N/20 mm or higher after 60 minutes have passed since the tacky-adhesive sheet is press-fixed thereto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
