Disclosed is an Internet-based online and offline health management method. In embodiments of the present invention, a data terminal displays an online health management plan and an offline health management plan sent by a server, to allow a user to view and execute; in a pre-set period, the data terminal collects sign information of the user, and acquires feedback information input by the user after the user executes the online health management plan and the offline health management plan; and the data terminal sends the sign information and the feedback information to the server, so that the server adjusts the online health management plan and the offline health management plan according to the sign information and the feedback information, so as to implement closed loop management of heath conditions of the user. Also disclosed are a data terminal and a server applying the Internet-based online and offline health management method. In the embodiments of the present invention, online and offline health management plans are adjusted in time according to actual execution conditions of users, thereby implementing the closed loop management of the heath conditions of the users. |
