PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain bearing performance at the time of earthquake by interposing a concrete joint surrounded by a steel plate, between a bridge pier and a bridge, and arranging reinforcements in the bridge pier and bridge through a concrete part. SOLUTION: A bridge pier head part 7b of a bridge pier 7 and a bridge joining end part 8a of a bridge 8 are joined in a semi-fixed state through a concrete joint 9 placed in between. The concrete joint 9 is surrounded by a steel plate 10 formed in ring shape, and concrete is filled in the ring. Reinforcements 11 with bent parts 11a bent in almost hook shape at both ends are arranged as tension anchor reinforcements between the bridge pier 7 and bridge 8 through a concrete part 9a so that the bent parts 11a at both ends are each positioned in the concrete of the bridge pier 7 and the concrete part 9a penetrating into the bridge 8. The bridge pier 7 and the bridge 8 are thereby designed as an integral body, so that structural stability of the whole bridge can be confirmed, and the structural bearing force of the bridge is improved.
