PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put a revolving superstructure upper part in a horizontal or angled state by separating a revolving superstructure in two parts, and connecting the revolving superstructure upper part to a revolving superstructure floor part by a connecting pin so as to be able to laterally incline by the expansion of a hydraulic cylinder. SOLUTION: A revolving superstructure upper part 3 is mounted through a connecting pin 5 with a constant height space to a revolving superstructure floor part 2. Since the connecting pin 5 is on a center line passing through a revolving superstructure 1 longitudinally, the revolving superstructure upper part 3 can incline laterally. A hydraulic cylinder 6 is provided at one end of the revolving superstructure upper part 3. An operating lever 4 in a cabin 10 is operated to expand/contract the hydraulic cylinder 6 and thereby to incline the revolving superstructure upper part 3 in either lateral direction. In whichever state a base carrier 7 is inclined within a fixed range, the revolving superstructure 1 is therefore revolved, and the cutting edge of a bucket of a Jumbo can be placed parallel with the ground surface or inclined.
