PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and light device for operating a wireless winch for a vehicle. SOLUTION: In wireless winch opertion for a vehicle comprising a rope 12 and a hook 13 to be used for work of tracting or suspending an object 14, a winch 11 to supply and take up the rope 12, and a control device 2 to control the winch 11, a wireless operation device 1 for operating the control device 2 at a desired place is composed of plural on/off switches 3, so acceleration and deceleration can be steplessly performed as desired during driving as well as normal rotation, reverse rotation, and stoppage of the winch 11.
