PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve air conditioning performance by selectively performing the introduction of inside air even at the time of outside air introduction. SOLUTION: This air conditioning device for vehicle is provided with an inside and outside air box 10 provided with an inside and outside air selector damper 12, a blower unit 20 in which a blower fan 21 is provided, and an air conditioning part unit 30 in which an evaporator 37 heat-exchanging between introduced air and refrigerant, a heater core 38 heat-exchanging between introduced air and hot water, and an air mix damper 39 adjusting a flow rate of the introduced air passing through the heater core 38 are provided in a unit case 36 in which a defroster blow-out port 33 provided with blow-out mode selector dampers 31, 32, a face blow-out port 34, and a foot blow-out port 35 are opened. An inside air subsuction port 13 opening into a compartment is provided in the inside and outside air box 10, and a subdoor 14 provided with a motor 14a for opening, closing, and change-over operation is provided in the inside air subsuction port 13.
