PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for analyzing client action on the basis of time when the action is generated. SOLUTION: Information on the transaction and interaction of a client with the passage of time is acquired, these clients are classified into one or more clusters on the basis of any one of or both the interaction and transaction based on the time of these clients, and selected target marketing or cross selling is executed while using this classification. This is executed by adding a time tag to the transaction and interaction of the client, analyzing that tagged information, preparing a time profile, preparing a propaganda campaign aiming at that time profile, triggering the propaganda campaign and analyzing the effect of that propaganda campaign. |
