The component block carrier (1) has a ventilation opening (8) provided in two opposite wall areas (4a,5a) of the housing (3) for every electronic unit (2). A ventilation area is formed in the wall area, which is connected with the ventilation opening. A multi-deflected ventilation area results through the housing and the electronic unit together with both the ventilation areas in the wall areas. The ventilation area is partly lined with a sound-reducing material (10).
