PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure container excellent in air tight sealing performance, in which the adhesive strength between the inside wall of a hollow container to be made of synthetic resin liner material and a mouth ring member is improved, and further to provide its manufacturing method by which the pressure container can be economically manufactured by a simple process. SOLUTION: The pressure container is composed of: a hollow container to be made of the synthetic resin liner material, and a reinforcing material layer to be made of reinforcing material by covering the outer layer of the hollow container; and at least one mouth ring member, and is manufactured by bonding or depositting the hollow container and the mouth ring member via an adhesive layer provided on the outer layer of the hollow container.
