PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to easily and stably keep welding quality high in definition, since in conventional non-consumable electrode type automatic welding equipment, a welding current in relation to a filler metal feeding quantity, a welding material, a filler metal diameter, a distance between a non-consumable electrode and a filler metal, and a distance between a non-consumable electrode and a workpiece are decided by an operator experimentally or by rule of thumb. SOLUTION: On the basis of a commanded welding current value, one welding condition is selected among a plurality of welding conditions stored in a welding condition storing part to perform welding control and filler metal feeding. Further, on the basis of the commanded welding current value, one reference voltage is selected among a plurality of welding conditions stored in the welding condition storing part to fixedly hold such reference voltage and the actual welding arc voltage.
