PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance appeal of information.SOLUTION: An information display device of the present invention includes; a positioning unit that positions first content and second content different from the first content next to each other such that a top end of the first content touches a bottom end of the second content; and a display unit that displays the first content and second content such that a top end of the second content is positioned at a predetermined distance below a top end thereof and, when the entire second content is displayed as a result of scroll manipulation for moving the first content and second content downward in a screen, keeps a display position of the first content and second content fixed against scroll manipulation for moving the first content and second content upward in the screen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
