PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water emulsion type sunscreen agent which is excellent in makeup-lasting effects, non-burden feeling to a skin, non-sticky feeling, cleanability when the sunscreen agent is washed off from the skin, and temporal stability.SOLUTION: An oil-in-water emulsion type sunscreen agent includes (A) a new cationic (meth) acrylic silicone-based graft copolymer, (B) one or more water-soluble polymers selected from an acrylamide-based thickener and carrageenan, (C) one or more ultraviolet ray shielding agents selected from an ultraviolet ray absorber and an ultraviolet ray dispersing agent. |
