PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body structure of a motor vehicle capable of efficiently transmitting force between a front frame member and a rear frame member.SOLUTION: A front frame member 101 has a lower surface 101a tilting backward. The lower surface 101a is joined to a front floor panel 105 so as to extend along the front floor panel, at a rear end 105c of the front floor panel 105. A front end 103a of a rear frame member 103 is joined to the front floor panel 105 at the position where the lower surface 101a of the front frame member 101 is joined to the front floor panel 105. When the front frame member 101 receives force from in front of a vehicle, a portion between the front frame member 101 and the rear frame member 103 is not broken locally, and the force can be transmitted efficiently and continuously, from the front frame member 101 to the rear frame member 103.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
