PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the constitution of a small excavating work vehicle capable of excavating a side-ditch in a passable alley of a crawler type traveling device by arranging an excavator such as a boom, an arm and a bucket in a front part of a seat, and arranging a turning frame in a width of the crawler type traveling device. SOLUTION: Piping 70, 71, 72 for a cylinder are supported by an inverse side side surface of an arranging position of a cabin of first/second booms 61, 62 to be branched off into piping 70 for an offset cylinder and piping 71, 72 for an arm cylinder and a bucket cylinder in a side surface tip part of the first boom 61, and the piping 70 changes a passage to the inverse side surface side to be connected to the offset cylinder on an inverse side surface of the second boom. The piping 71, 72 are constituted so as to be supported by the upper surface side of a third boom 63, and piping covering covers 81, 82, 83 are arranged on a side surface of the first/second/third booms.
