PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file system driver which can have cluster sizes for the same partition of a hard disk. SOLUTION: The HDD(hard disk drive) is formatted by the file system driver 18 to multiple cluster sizes. For a file outputted from an application 14, the HDD having the cluster sizes in a single partition is accessed through the file system driver 18. The file system driver 18 compares and judges the file size of the outputted file and the size of clusters on the HDD side to determine an area (subpartition) where the file is saved.
