<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus for extruding waste synthetic resin and an extruding method thereof are provided to easily remove the foreign materials contained in the waste synthetic resin, to prevent the clog of an extruder mouth, and to continuously produce a high quality regenerative resin. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for extruding waste synthetic resin consists of a hopper(1), a melting transfer device(4), and a rotating head portion(20). The melting transfer device comprises an introjection part(5), a foreign materials removal part(6), and a melting extrusion part(7). The foreign materials removal part is constructed by an upper separable case(15) and a lower separable case(16) to facilitate the discharge of the foreign materials stacked in the melting transfer device. The rotating head portion comprises an inner case(22), a rotator(23), an outer case(25), and a filtering net(24) for secondarily filtering the remaining foreign materials passing the melting transfer device.</p> |
