The portable container has fixing devices (7) provided at the head part of base (1) and has slots at which ends of belts (9,10,11,12,13) of a safety belt system are fastened. The safety belt system consists of two shoulder belts, a central step belt and lateral lap belts which can be fixed to either fixing devices (14,15) or by slots at the base and can be fixed to fixing devices (18,19) arranged on stroller (20).
