This THz bolometer detector comprises a directional antenna 1 for receiving and emitting THz waves of wavelength λ, a receiving antenna 2 arranged facing the directional antenna 1, and a bolometer 4 for detecting heat radiation produced by electrical current flowing through the receiving antenna 2. In plan view, the directional antenna 1 overlaps the receiving antenna 2, and the length of the directional antenna 1 in the lengthwise direction is less than the length of the receiving antenna 2 in the lengthwise direction. |
