PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly deposit a crossbar to bearing bars having large and small cross sections even if there is dimension tolerance in the bearing bars or electrodes of a welder, in a manufacturing method of a grating which is configured by disposing a short bearing bar between long bearing bars, disposing the cross bar across the bearing bars, and depositing the cross bar by electroresistance welding.SOLUTION: In a cross bar 3, a short bearing bar 2b is welded and integrated in the state where a long bearing bar 2a is fitted in a longitudinal direction into a long groove 6 of an electrode 5 of an electroresistance welder with which the long grooves 6 are formed in a fixed pitch. The cross bar is placed on an upper end face of the bearing bar, an electrode 8 is pushed down, the cross bar 3 is pressed to the electrode 5, and the cross bar 3 and the upper end face of the bearing bar 2a are brought into electroresistance contact.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
