PURPOSE: An authentication system and method based on a unique identifier are provided to authenticate a user by comparing unique identifiers. CONSTITUTION: An device directory(143) registers end entity information required for second authentication and a mobile communication terminal matched with the end entity information. A transmission and reception process unit(141) receives a unique identifier of a computer apparatus primarily authenticated through communication of an online service system, the unique identifier of the computer apparatus secondarily trying to authenticate, and a one-time-use authentication key. A unique identifier verification unit verifies the identity of the second authentication trial computer apparatus and the primarily authenticated computer apparatus by using the unique identifier of the computer apparatus primarily authenticated and the unique identifier of the second authentication trial computer apparatus. An authentication key issuance unit transmits an authentication key through the transmission and reception process unit by issuing the one-time-use authentication key to the mobile communication terminal. An authentication key verification unit verifies the identity of the one-time-use authentication key issued from the authentication key issuance unit and the one-time-use authentication key inputted from the transmission and reception process unit. |
